I recommend all visitors to Hong Kong should do the full day island tour. It costs around Australian and includes a lunch of nine different Chinese dishes. The tour took in all the major attractions including the site celebrating the hand back of Hong Kong to the Chinese and a visit to the top of the Peak where 360 views of the whole of Hong Kong can be seen. You go to an amazing jewellery shop which is a popular with tourists. The owner has everything plated in gold including the bathroom and even the toilet bowl. We also went to Stanley Market which has great shopping and wonderful views of the ocean and surrounding islands. There are all sorts of western restaurants offering European cuisine. This type of tour in any city helps you to get your bearings and find you way around to the places you want to go.
