Great Push Cart Dim Sum with Harbour View!

Its quite hard to find push cart dim sum in HK now, moreover one that opens before 11am. But this restaurant by Maxims at the HK Cultural Centre (Near Ave of the Stars) Kowloon meets not only these requirements, but also serves up good quality, reasonably priced dim sum. They also offer a harbour view which overlooks to Hong Kong Island. Open at 8am and will usually be crowded towards 10-ish. You can pop in early for breakfast and then head straight for the shops which open around 11am and make full use of the day!! Must try - Choy Gan and Pork Congee
