Basic info to help you travel comfortably...

I've learnt so much from travelling overseas, especially seeing I've done it all alone. This advice is really, really basic but you'd be amazed how many people forget the basics.....
1. Have a separate waterproof toilet bag with just the stuff you need for the shower - shampoo, conditioner, brush/comb and deodorant. All the extra stuff, like make-up, jewellery, hair odds and ends etc, keep in another bag that can pretty much just be left safe in your backpack for when you need it. Don't lug everything to the bathroom with you or you'll lose it. I lost 3 mascaras before I worked that one out.
AND 2. One essential item people always forget to pack --- earplugs. Trust me, you need them!
I have loads more, but I don't want to go on forever! Basically, just go with your gut instinct - if it feels dodgy, it usually is! Happy travelling!
